Candon City recently initiated a three-day Participatory Planning and Roadmap Development Workshop to pave the way for its Smart City project. The event led by Dr. Teresita A. Tabaog, the Office of the Regional Director of DOST-1, in coordination with PSTO-Ilocos Sur, gathered department heads from the City of Candon and the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College.
This workshop is a joint effort involving several key partners, including Isabela State University, the City Government of Cauayan in Isabela, and DOST RO2, who are actively involved as facilitators and resource speakers.
