It is participated by representatives from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), and the National Economic and Development Authority, who served as panelists, sharing plans and best practices and providing solutions to aid in the attainment of the Smart City Project.

The two-day workshop aims to make the province more business-oriented and entrepreneurial while retaining its unique cultural identity.
